For years, Promueve Burgos has participated in <strong>congresses, fairs, and events<\/strong> to highlight its <strong>rich culinary offerings<\/strong> and position Burgos as an attractive <strong>food tourism hub<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>A Perfect Blend of Tradition and Innovation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Burgos has solidified itself as one of Spain&#8217;s <strong>top gastronomic and tourist destinations<\/strong>, offering a unique blend of <strong>tradition and innovation<\/strong> with a strong focus on <strong>local and seasonal products<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>With over <strong>a decade of dedication<\/strong> to enhancing its culinary scene, Burgos was designated a <strong>UNESCO Creative City<\/strong> in <strong>2015<\/strong>. The city now leads the newly formed <strong>Spanish Creative Cities Network<\/strong>, which will hold its <strong>first official event on April 25 in Manises<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, as of <strong>January 2023<\/strong>, Burgos has become part of the <strong>Saborea Espa\u00f1a<\/strong> network. The event will be attended by <strong>Burgos\u2019 Vice Mayor, Vicente Mara\u00f1\u00f3n<\/strong>, who will receive the award and deliver a short <strong>acceptance speech<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>first edition of the Readers&#8217;
