Organized by the <strong>Consorcio de Turismo y Congresos de A Coru\u00f1a<\/strong>, the competition is supported by <strong>Hosteler\u00eda por el Clima, Estrella Galicia, and the Celiac Association<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>All tapas created for the competition must be <strong>handcrafted<\/strong>, featuring <strong>Galician products<\/strong>, preferably <strong>locally sourced (kil\u00f3metro cero)<\/strong> or bearing a <strong>protected designation of origin (D.O.) or protected geographical indication (I.G.P.)<\/strong> from Galicia.
