A Resounding Success for the 11th Edition<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The 11th edition of the Saborea Lanzarote Food and Wine Festival<\/strong> concluded this Sunday<\/strong>, leaving organizers and visitors highly satisfied<\/strong>. Over two days, the event saw the largest attendance in its history<\/strong>. However, thanks to the increased venue space and improved layout<\/strong>, visitors enjoyed a more comfortable experience<\/strong>, easily exploring all sections without congestion.<\/p>\n

According to Oswaldo Betancort<\/strong>, President of the Lanzarote Cabildo<\/strong>,
\n“Once again, this international event proves to be a major attraction, not only for residents but also for the thousands of tourists who visit us.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Betancort also emphasized that this festival aligns with Lanzarote\u2019s tourism strategy<\/strong>, which prioritizes quality over quantity<\/strong>. He highlighted that the average visitor spending has significantly increased<\/strong>, underscoring the festival\u2019s economic impact.<\/p>\n

Similarly, \u00c1ngel V\u00e1zquez<\/strong>, Councilor for the Centers of Art, Culture, and Tourism<\/strong>, expressed his gratitude for the public\u2019s overwhelming support, emphasizing the creativity and innovation displayed by chefs<\/strong> at this year\u2019s festival.
\n“The dishes presented truly capture the essence of our unique local ingredients,”<\/em> said V\u00e1zquez.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Olivia Duque<\/strong>, Mayor of Teguise<\/strong>, expressed her pride in witnessing the historic center of La Villa de Teguise transformed into a vibrant culinary hub<\/strong>.
