
On a night dedicated to cinematic excellence, the Navarrese restaurant Baserriberri brought the flavors and charm of Pamplona to the global stage of the 96th Academy Awards. Held on March 10 at the iconic Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, Baserriberri joined the celebration with an exclusive pintxo created especially for the event’s distinguished guests.

Led by Iñaki Andradas and Luken Vigo, Baserriberri stood out at an Oscars edition with a strong Spanish presence, featuring nominations for La Sociedad de la Nieve and Robot Dreams. At one of the prestigious Oscar night parties, chefs Andradas, Vigo, and Danel Ortubay crafted the pintxo “Navarra Dreams”, bringing the landscape and gastronomy of Navarra directly to Los Angeles.

A Pintxo Inspired by Navarra
With its signature creative and globally influenced cuisine, Baserriberri presented the “Navarra Dreams” pintxo, inspired by the Oscar-nominated Spanish animated film produced in Navarra.
This unique culinary creation consists of three exquisite bites:

✔ Smoked trout from the Pyrenees with crème fraîche and Iberian ham
✔ Foie mousse with orange marmalade and fried almonds
